HOW TO ORDER
Please provide:

Your preferred colours or theme
A description of the design you would like
After ordering, email your photos or business logo to Decalsolutions@outlook.com and include your order number.
Clear, high-resolution photos produce the best printing result.
A digital mock-up will be supplied for approval before printing. Please carefully check all spelling, colours, photographs and design details. Printing will begin once the mock-up has been approved.
Basic personalised design work is included. Detailed photo restoration, logo creation or complex custom artwork may incur an additional design fee. Any additional cost will be discussed before work proceeds.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Pickup is available from Marsden Park, NSW.
Australia-wide postage is available and will be calculated at checkout. Mugs are securely packaged for delivery, and combined postage is available when ordering more than one.
PERSONALISED PRODUCT POLICY
As each mug is custom-made, returns or exchanges are not available for change of mind or customer-approved spelling and design details.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved mock-up, please contact Decal Solutions within three days of receiving it.
